Data we collect: first and last name, email address, phone number and city (optional), meeting subject and agenda, and the date and time of your appointment.

Purpose and legal basis: to schedule and hold the meeting you request and to send you confirmations, changes and cancellations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in organising business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients: only the WorkSet team members involved in your meeting. Video meetings take place on our self-hosted platform WorkSet Meet (hello.workset.eu). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and this page uses no analytics or tracking.

Retention: customer data without any appointment in the last 365 days is deleted automatically. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. LfDI Baden-Württemberg). Contact: info@workset.eu.
